During the third leaders’ debate of the 2020 election, National Party leader Judith Collins uttered three fateful words to Jacinda Ardern. “Don’t disrespect Samoa”. This t-shirt was made both to laugh at the quote and to repeat it back to its original voice. And in a roundabout way, Collins’ politically charged words will be used to assist the very community she name-checked.

$20 from each t-shirt purchased will be donated to Pasifika Kids & Tech.

"Pasifika Kids & Tech" is a free computer club run by Pasifika IT Engineers for pasifika kids, teaching coding and computer skills during the school term.

T-Shirts are unisex, printed on Gildan softstyle cotton.

These T-Shirts were created by writer and author Madeleine Chapman.

Madeleine Chapman is a writer of Samoan, Tuvaluan and Chinese descent based in Auckland. She is the senior editor at North & South magazine and and the author of Jacinda Ardern: A New Kind of Leader.
