After inheriting one of my Koro's Kete that's at least 50 years old in 2024 I wanted to repeat his pattern his style and use his material. This is a contemporary reflection of generations of Te Ati Awa weavers continuing their practice.
I'm sure these will last just as long as the ones our whanau still carry.
