My work is predominantly painted onto repurposed coffee bean sacks which are hung on metal rods, giving them a banner quality. During the RLWC in 2021 when Toa Samoa fever was sweeping the world I decided to create my own version of the Samoan flag using my ‘ipu’ pattern that appears in some of my work.
